Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, unmodified products in original condition and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Items that have been used, installed, modified, or altered are not eligible for return.

Warranty

Peace Neighbor products are backed by a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage (scratches, finish wear, etc.)

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect

• Improper installation of aftermarket scales or accessories

• Modifications or alterations made by the customer or third parties

If you believe your product is defective under warranty, contact us at hello@peaceneighbor.com  with photos and proof of purchase. Peace Neighbor will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.

Liability Limitation

Peace Neighbor shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or installation of our products. The customer assumes full responsibility for safe handling, installation, and lawful use.
